"Give me a reason," he whispered. "Give me a reason to do it, and I swear I will."
I have just been looking at your gallery and reading your journal. Could have written most of that myself once upon a time!
I didnt have a brother but always there was one kid who could draw and I never could. I have kept at it though and now I can say that a drawing or two of mine are in public galleries and one or two of the books I have done will be around for a good few years and those cklever drawers? I don't think they erver did much. Too easy for them ... didn't matter.
Now I am here in my fifties and I can draw a bit. Never really happy with it all.
Reading your journal has answered a question of mine ... "why put work up on this art site?" answer ... perhaps to give a help and encouragement to others who are bothering to make the attempt.
I have decided to lokk out, when I get a moment, a drawing or two that I did when I was your age. You will see that you are not doing too bad and that it is worth the effort to keep going. I have never been to art school. Never visted a gallery untill I was 19 or so! You keep at it!!!
By the way, I dont use pencil much. This drawing and the others are in pen and ink.
Good luck
